After breakfast, depart for the hill
station. Munnar - 'The Nature Lovers' Paradise'. Check in
to Hotel Edassery Eastend. Rest of the day relax within the cool stillness
and enjoy the sense of peace. Overnight at Hotel Edassery Eastend.
Morning at leisure to enjoy nature's bounty at Kumarakom.
Later, take an exhilarating cruise
along narrow canals to the town of Alleppey. From Alleppey proceed to Kovalam
by surface. Check in at Hotel Palmshore for overnight stay.
Early morning boating on the Periyar lake for game
viewing where you can see elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boars
etc. on the banks of the lake. Return to the hotel and proceed to Kumarakom
to check in at Coconut Lagoon for overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to Periyar, along the Spice route
passing through the rubber, coffee, tea and spice
plantations. Check into Spice Village for overnight stay.
After breakfast, half day city
tour of Trivandrum covering Padmanabhaswami Temple, Also visit
the 'Horse Palace, Museum, Sri Chitra Art Gallery, The Napier Museum. On the
way back, stop to shop at the Chellai Bazaar. Overnight at Hotel Palmshore.
Transfer to the airport to connect the flight back home.
